Solaris Residences, one of Vail, Colorado’s premier rental properties, is looking for an ideal candidate like you to join our team as a Night Auditor. Embrace a unique opportunity to ensure our esteemed property thrives during the tranquil hours of the night. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the guardian of our guest experience from 11 PM to 7 AM, where your knack for customer service and strong sense of responsibility will shine.
In this multifaceted role, you'll not only manage Front Desk operations but also step into Bellperson and Valet services, tackle minor housekeeping or maintenance requests, and meticulously record the day's financial transactions. Duties Include:
- Perform nightly audits of in-house, departure, and arrival guest ledgers to ensure seamless operations.
- Review folios and billing statements for departing guests, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency in all transactions.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and flair using our cutting-edge Property Management System (PMS).
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, delivering personalized assistance and services that exceed expectations.
- Expertly handle guest vehicles and luggage, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience.
Location: Solaris Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Part-Time - Year-Round
Pay Rate: $26/hour + $1,000 end of season bonus potential! (must stay in this role through the ski season to qualify)
Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays preferred, with some flexibility available. This part-time position offers the potential for additional hours based on schedule and availability.

The right candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with a valid Colorado Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record. While previous hospitality experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates who demonstrate the right potential. Strong professional communication and exceptional customer service skills are essential, along with basic computer literacy. The ideal individual will have the ability to multi-task, exhibit excellent organizational skills, and work independently with confidence.
