As a Broker Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our brokers with marketing and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced offices throughout Eagle County, CO. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people, and is adept at picking up new digital platforms and software.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Support

• Assist brokers with marketing tasks
• Create marketing materials for property listings

Administrative Support

• Schedule showings and appointments
• Answer office phone, greet visitors
• Perform general office duties for day-to-day operations

Location: On-site at various Eagle County offices

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $23 - $25 / hour + Quarterly Bonus potential based on performance

Schedule: On-Call - Must have availability for weekend shifts and through the holidays
