Overnight Front Desk Agent

Full and part time opportunities to join our Highlands Lodge Team at East West Hospitality! 

Bring your hospitality expertise to the night shift as our Overnight Front Desk Agent, where you’ll be the on-site hero, ensuring exceptional service and seamless operations through the evening hours. This role is for the proactive professional who thrives on going above and beyond to handle any after-hours needs, ensuring our guests and owners feel right at home. Duties Include:

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests; greet all guests and owners with courtesy and expertise.
• Perform thorough arrival inspections, coordinating with Front Desk and Property Manager on any maintenance issues before guest arrivals.
• Escort guests and their luggage upon arrival/departure and provide unit orientations or property tours as needed.
• Maintain clean, inviting public areas, including the lobby, pool, coffee station, and garages, and ensure timely delivery of guest and owner requests.
• Assist with minor repairs and guest home needs, staying knowledgeable of all safety and security protocols.

Location: Highlands Lodge - Beaver Creek, CO 

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $24/hr 

Employment Status: Full-Time, Year Round and Part-Time

Schedule: 9:00PM - 7:00AM

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, preferably in front desk or front office roles, with additional hospitality experience being a plus. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is also highly desirable.
