Overnight Manager on Duty

Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Our Owner Services team at Residences Bachelor Gulch is seeking a Overnight Manager on Duty to join the Night Audit team. In this vital role, you'll ensure the safety and security of our property, its owners, guests, and employees during the overnight hours. If you bring hospitality experience, thrive in overnight roles, and are familiar with Opera or audit software, we’d love to connect with you!

Duties Include:

• Monitor property security, including alarms and potential hazards.  
• Complete Night Audit reports with precision.  
• Deliver professional and friendly service to owners and guests.  
• Assist with guest check-ins/outs seamlessly.  
• Provide support with luggage and vehicles as needed.

Location: Residences Bachelor Gulch 

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round 

Pay rate: $25/hour (tips possible)

Schedule: Nights, 11pm-7am

The ideal candidate is reliable, sociable, and assertive, bringing a High School Diploma/GED and at least two years of hospitality experience (or an equivalent combination of education and training). They possess a strong understanding of hospitality principles, area events, and club amenities, paired with proficiency in software applications like Microsoft Office and Opera PMS. Exceptional customer service skills and clear, professional communication-whether via email, text, phone, or in person-are a must, along with excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
