Are you a night owl with a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences? Join the Owner Services team at Residences at Bachelor Gulch as an Overnight Manager on Duty with the Night Audit team! In this key overnight role, you’ll oversee the safety and security of our property, owners, guests, and employees while ensuring smooth operations. If you have hospitality experience, thrive in overnight settings, and are proficient with Opera or audit software, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee property security, addressing alarms and potential hazards.
• Accurately complete Night Audit reports.
• Provide warm, professional service to owners and guests.
• Assist with seamless guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Offer support with luggage handling and vehicle services

Location: Residences Bachelor Gulch 

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round 

Pay rate: $25/hour (tips possible)

Schedule: Nights, 11pm-7am

The ideal candidate is reliable, sociable, and assertive, bringing a High School Diploma/GED and at least two years of hospitality experience (or an equivalent combination of education and training). They possess a strong understanding of hospitality principles, area events, and club amenities, paired with proficiency in software applications like Microsoft Office and Opera PMS. Exceptional customer service skills and clear, professional communication-whether via email, text, phone, or in person-are a must, along with excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
