Overnight Service Express Runner

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality, is on the lookout for a customer-focused Overnight Service Express Runner to join our dynamic team! As an essential member of our back-of-house guest service team, you’ll be the go-to person for fulfilling guest requests-from room deliveries and in-room dining to special personalized services-ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for our guests. Duties Include:

In this capacity, you’ll valet cars and assist guests with their luggage, ensuring they feel welcome and at ease. You'll handle guest requests by delivering amenities and newspapers directly to their rooms and fulfill in-room dining orders, from cooking to delivery. Additionally, you'll play a key role as a member of the Emergency Response Team, responding swiftly to any issues, while also assisting with special guest requests to create a smooth and memorable experience.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO. 

Approximate start date: ASAP.  

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.

Pay Rate: $20 / hour

Schedule: 11:00PM - 7:30AM

To be considered for this role, candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver's license. Previous experience in guest service, ideally within a luxury resort or hospitality environment, is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and comfortably stand or walk for up to 8 hours a day. While being multilingual is a plus, it is not a requirement for the position.
