Overnight Service Express Runner

Join our award-winning team at  The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality. We're seeking a dedicated Overnight Service Express Runner to deliver exceptional guest experiences during our night shift operations.

Position Overview

As an Overnight Service Express Runner, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring flawless guest service from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role combines valet services, guest amenity delivery, and emergency response duties in our luxury resort setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional valet parking services and luggage assistance
• Execute timely in-room dining deliveries with attention to detail
• Deliver guest amenities, newspapers, and special requests
• Serve as a key member of our Emergency Response Team
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with prompt, courteous service

To be considered for this role, candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver's license. Previous experience in guest service, ideally within a luxury resort or hospitality environment, is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and comfortably stand or walk for up to 8 hours a day. While being multilingual is a plus, it is not a requirement for the position.
