Borders Lodge is seeking a dedicated and strategic Owner Representative to serve as the key liaison between homeowners and the HOA Management Company. In this high-trust role, you’ll advocate for the interests of property owners-ensuring that operations, maintenance, financial oversight, and long-term planning are executed with excellence, within budget, and in alignment with ownership expectations. Success in this role requires sound judgment, a diplomatic approach, and a strong understanding of HOA governance, property operations, and financial management. Duties Include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner inquiries, concerns, and disputes related to property management or rental operations.

  • Communicate HOA and rental program updates clearly, professionally, and diplomatically to homeowners.

  • Represent owner interests on-site through regular property inspections, walkthroughs, and reporting.

  • Participate in capital project progress reviews and provide updates to owners and management.

  • Monitor and evaluate rental standards, including housekeeping quality, unit readiness, and guest conduct, to ensure alignment with owner expectations.

  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to the management company to maintain quality, efficiency, and adherence to HOA and rental standards.

  • Facilitate prompt and professional communication of ownership directives, concerns, or suggestions to the appropriate teams.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Schedule: AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: $25 - $28/hour depending on experience

The ideal candidate for the Owner Representative role at The Borders Lodge is a confident, service-driven professional who is action-oriented, self-aware, and skilled at managing conflict with diplomacy and care. With prior experience in customer service-preferably in a hotel or resort environment-they are comfortable navigating owner interactions, resolving concerns, and maintaining a high standard of communication. This individual brings strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work independently while representing ownership interests with integrity. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish language skills considered a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment is expected, along with the ability to learn property management software and apply basic math skills. Above all, they demonstrate a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.
