Nestled in the heart of Bachelor Gulch, 100 Bachelor Ridge is a charming boutique fractional ownership property. We're currently seeking an Owner Services Specialist (OSS) to join our dynamic team. The OSS role is a unique blend of Office Coordinator, PBX operator, and Concierge, serving as the central information hub and ambassador for the resort. As an OSS, you'll establish and maintain personal relationships with our owners, ensuring effective and friendly communication before and during their stay. Your role extends to anticipating owner and guest needs, providing information on resort policies, services, and amenities, and facilitating seamless check-ins and check-outs. Moreover, you'll assist with luggage handling, provide local area recommendations, manage reservations, and coordinate transportation to and from attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and guests, offering personalized assistance and guidance.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized concierge desk, ensuring it's stocked with necessary supplies and information.
  • Coordinate owner and guest requests efficiently, including message delivery and package handling.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of Beaver Creek, Vail, and surrounding areas to enhance the guest experience and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage and personal items, ensuring a smooth transition for guests.

 

Location: 100 Bachelor Ridge 

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights, weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate: $22.00/ hour plus tips (with gratuities and commissions, our OSSs have been known to earn at least $30/hour; you earn based on how hard you work!)

 

 

  • Completion of High School Diploma/GED, along with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the hospitality sector; Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
  • Comprehensive understanding of hospitality industry principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Proficient in utilizing various computer software applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong command of proper business English, encompassing spelling, grammar, and punctuation, both in verbal communication and written correspondence via email.
  • Skilled in employing effective techniques for interacting with individuals from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, whether in-person or via telephone communication.
  • Familiarity with local area amenities, activities, and events.
