Situated in picturesque Bachelor Gulch, 100 Bachelor Ridge stands as a distinctive boutique fractional ownership property. We're on the lookout for a dedicated Owner Services Specialist (OSS) to complement our vibrant team. In this multifaceted role blending Office Coordination, PBX operations, and Concierge duties, you'll serve as the pivotal information hub and ambassador for the resort. Your primary mission as an OSS entails fostering personal connections with our esteemed owners, ensuring seamless communication throughout their stay. Anticipating their needs, offering insights on resort amenities and policies, and orchestrating smooth check-ins and check-outs are among your core responsibilities. Additionally, you'll handle luggage, provide local recommendations, manage reservations, and organize transportation to nearby attractions.

Duties Include:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls to the main phone line. Provide a pleasant uniformed greeting, direct calls to the appropriate department, and assist as needed with any requests. Handle all guest requests and issues in person or through calls from guest rooms including message relays and package management. Dispatch requests and issues to the proper department, track progress through Alice, and follow up with guests upon completion.
  • Perform all daily concierge checklist duties. Including; the check-in process for all incoming reservations, the brief orientation of the property, confirming details of the reservation, going over the itinerary and explaining property policies, giving the guest keys to the residence and arrival packet, inquiring for further needs of assistance and show them the elevator, alert the bell staff once the guest has gone up to the residence. Maintain a welcoming and well-organized concierge desk, ensuring it's fully equipped with essentials and informative materials.
  • Act as the primary liaison for owners and guests, delivering tailored assistance and support. Manage personal Owner list. 
  • Harness your in-depth knowledge of Beaver Creek, Vail, and nearby locales to elevate the guest experience with personalized recommendations.

Location: 100 Bachelor Ridge

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Flexibility needed, some morning, mid, and evening shifts; no nights (weekends & holidays required)

Pay Rate: $22.00/ hour plus tips (with gratuities and commissions, our OSSs have been known to earn at least $30/hour; you earn based on how hard you work!)

  • High School Diploma/GED, along with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the hospitality sector; OR 3-6 months of directly related experience and/or training equaling a comprehensive understanding of hospitality industry principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to owners, guests, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Proficient in utilizing various computer software applications.
  • Strong command of proper business English (spelling, grammar, and punctuation), both in verbal communication and written correspondence via email.
  • Familiarity with local area amenities, activities, and events.
