Part-Time Night Audit

We are looking for an independent and reliable candidate to join our team at The Solaris Residences, one of the premier rental properties here in Vail, Colorado! As Night Auditor at the Solaris, you will be in a trusted position and responsible for property operations during the hours of 11 PM to 7 AM. This is a dynamic role, duties ranging from Front Desk, Bellperson, Valet, occasional minor Housekeeping or Maintenance requests in addition to recording financial transactions of the day.

Duties Include:

• Perform nightly audit of in-house, departure, and arrival guest ledgers
• Reviewing folios and billing statements for departing guests
• Checking in and checking out guests through PMS
• Providing assistance and services to guest requests and needs
• Handling guest vehicles and luggage

Location: Solaris Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Part Time - Year Round

Pay Rate: $25/ hour + $2,000 sign on bonus! (1/2 paid after 30 days, 1/2 paid after 90 days)

Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays. This is a part-time position, with an opportunity to work more given schedule and availability.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but will consider the right candidate
• Professional communication skills
• Basic Computer Literacy
• Ability to multi-task and display organizational skills
• Ability to work alone
• Excellent customer service skills
