Lead the culinary charge in all things sweet, overseeing the operation, administration, and financial success of our pastry production kitchens. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster seamless collaboration between Outlets, the Main Pastry Production Kitchen, Bakery Kitchen, and related outlet kitchens to ensure maximum efficiency and a unified culinary vision.
- Support the Executive Chef in managing the operational and administrative functions of the Main Pastry Production Kitchens, including Banquet, In-Room Dining, Stoke & Rye, and other outlets.
- Evaluate business volumes and related parameters to determine and prioritize the required level of engagement across all pastry production areas.
- Champion a culture of excellence, ensuring that every pastry creation exceeds guest expectations while meeting operational goals.

Pay Range: $55,000/year DOE

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in international pastries, with a particular focus on French, Viennese, and American creations. They will bring advanced skills in pull sugar, cake decorating, and crafting stunning showpieces, paired with a commitment to upholding the highest sanitation standards. With a mature, outgoing personality and exceptional interpersonal skills, this candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Strong time management, teamwork, and leadership capabilities are essential to excel in this dynamic role, ensuring the pastry team consistently delivers excellence in every creation.
