What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspire & Motivate: Conduct fitness assessments, orientations, and tours that energize and excite members from day one.
Design Results: Build personalized training programs that challenge, empower, and deliver tangible progress.
Build Connections: Cultivate lasting relationships with members through encouragement, support, and exceptional service.
Coach with Expertise: Demonstrate safe, effective exercise techniques, fine-tune equipment, and ensure proper form for every client.
Stay Organized: Track sessions, progress, and assessments using our digital member portal, keeping every client’s journey on point.
Lead Beyond Training: Participate in team trainings, special events, and club initiatives that elevate the fitness experience for everyone.

Employment Status: On Call
Pay Rate: Commissioned based on experience
Schedule: Variable based on demand and availability

Our ideal candidate has a true heart for wellness and a passion for inspiring others through fitness. Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a current, nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, CSCS, etc.). Three to five years of personal training experience is preferred, and a background in sports, fitness, rehabilitation, or performance is a plus. CPR/AED and First Aid certification are required.
