PM Housekeeping Support - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Join the dedicated Housekeeping Team at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa as a PM Housekeeping Support, where you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our property during the afternoon and evening hours. This dynamic role includes assisting with laundry, servicing public areas and guest rooms, and occasionally supporting our spa operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with laundry operations, including folding, sorting, delivering, and restocking linens and towels.

• Clean and maintain public spaces (lobbies, hallways, restrooms) and support spa area upkeep during evening shifts.

• Provide guest room cleaning and turndown services as needed, responding promptly to requests.

• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met while reporting any maintenance issues or guest concerns.

• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth and efficient housekeeping operations.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $20/ hr

Schedule: 40 hrs/week. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or laundry experience (hospitality setting a plus).

• Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards (OSHA/infection control knowledge a plus).

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team with good communication and customer service skills.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move up to 40 lbs as needed.

• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and safety procedures, including proper use of MSDS guidelines.

• Flexibility to assist across multiple areas (guest rooms, public spaces, spa, and laundry support).

• Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks and maintain accurate supply/inventory records.
