Old Greenwood, managed by East West Hospitality, is currently in search of a Property Management Maintenance Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining our properties to unparalleled standards, encompassing both interior and exterior buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. Additionally, you will oversee all engineering tasks for the EWH rental/homecare programs and whole ownership HOA’s, while also stepping in to assist with Old Greenwood SOA’s as necessary. Duties Include:

  • Staff Management
    • Goal reviews and program communication
    • Cover for supervisors and manage time tracking
  • Property Management
    • Conduct inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting 
    • Ensure clear communication with owners, fulfill requests, and maintain high-quality standards
  • Administration
    • Participate in on-call maintenance program
    • Review departmental & association budgets

Location: Old Greenwood, Truckee, CA

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $28 - $30/hr

Schedule: Full time role with nights/weekends/holidays possible

To Succeed in This Role, You Have:

  • Previous maintenance experience is required, along with strong leadership skills and experience in staff training.
  • Computer literacy and possess a willingness to train technicians as needed to improve department capabilities.
  • The mindset to work well under pressure, be self-motivated, have excellent organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Experience:

  • Home maintenance experience.
  • Electrical or HVAC systems experience.
