At The Ascent, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Property Manager /Association Manager to take the lead on day-to-day building operations and the management of our East West-managed units. This role is central to creating smooth, high-quality experiences for owners, guests, vendors, and team members alike. You'll take ownership of tasks ranging from vendor coordination and property inspections to guest services and reservation support-all while ensuring that both common areas and private residences are impeccably maintained and efficiently run. Duties Include:

This role will oversee the daily operations of the building and Homeowners Association, ensuring seamless maintenance and top-tier service delivery. You’ll manage vendor contracts for the upkeep and care of the property, lead an on-site team to consistently meet the expectations of owners and guests, and work closely with the Accounting team on budgeting and financial reporting. In addition, you’ll oversee rental operations and respond to guest needs with professionalism and care, all while maintaining clear and proactive communication with the Board of Directors and property owners.

Start Date: 5/15/2025

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $75k - $85k DOE. Commissions possible! Hiring bonus paid out half at 3 months and half at 6 months

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with required flexibility on weekends during periods of seven-day operations. Participation in Manager-on-Call (MOC) shifts is also required.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms

  • Two years of college, trade school, or equivalent experience in property operations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset

  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset

  • Effective multitasking skills and adaptability to shifting priorities

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong administrative and problem-solving skills
