Property Manager / Association Manager

Join East West Hospitality as the Property Manager/Association Manager at One Riverfront, where you’ll take the lead in representing our brand across all homeowner, board, guest, and vendor relations. This high-impact hands-on role oversees daily operations-including front desk services, maintenance, inspections, budgeting, and owner relations-across multiple luxury properties. You’ll manage contracts, lead board meetings, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service to both associations and individual owners. Duties Include:

• Roll up your sleeves to lead daily HOA and building operations-overseeing the front desk, coordinating maintenance, and keeping vendors on track

• Build strong relationships as the go-to contact for homeowners and the Board, running meetings and keeping communication clear and consistent

• Take charge of budgeting and financial tracking-review owner statements, manage contracts, and ensure full compliance

• Get involved in the details of rental and homecare programs-scheduling services, inspecting homes, and ensuring smooth, guest-ready experiences

• Stay present on the property-conducting regular walks, coordinating remodels, and ensuring top-tier service and standards for owners and guests

Start Date: 5/12/2025

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $75k - $85k DOE. Commissions possible! Hiring bonus paid out half at 30 days and the second half after 90 days

Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5:30pm

• A natural people person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, solution-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Professional in both appearance and conduct, with excellent problem-solving and observation skills
• Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working irregular hours and representing East West Hospitality with confidence and professionalism in every interaction
• Equipped with at least two years of college or trade school, or relevant experience in property operations
