Join our team as a Property Manager our Lower Village properties in Beaver Creek!

East West Hospitality is seeking a dynamic, career-driven professional to lead property management operations across Beaver Creek Landing, Enclave, and Fairways-with the possibility of managing additional HOAs in the future. This leadership role includes oversight of three associations, supported by a seasonal Assistant Property Manager during the winter months.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage assigned Rental Program, Homecare, and Association agreements.

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, association members, and the board of directors.

• Provide constant, ongoing, personalized, and attentive service to all stakeholders.

• Perform duties personally, in coordination with supporting departments, or through subordinate supervision.

Location: Beaver Creek Landing, Enclave, and Fairways in Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $75,000 to $85,000 DOE

Schedule: 40+ hours/week. Some weekends and holidays; ski/activity breaks welcome as business allows!
