Property Manager - Upper Village

We’re seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Property Manager to take the lead with our Upper Beaver Creek Village properties. This role oversees a premier portfolio that includes Beaver Creek Meadows, Meadow Ridge, and Greystone—together representing $150 million in privately owned luxury condominiums. You’ll guide rental and homecare programs, manage association agreements, and ensure top-notch service delivery, all while leading a dedicated team and coordinating with vendors and staff. What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary East West Hospitality representative, fostering positive relationships with homeowners, association boards, guests, vendors, and staff.

• Oversee all property operations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and support on-site teams, including direct management of two employees and coordination with front desk, engineering, and contractor staff.

• Manage association governance by preparing for and attending Board meetings, providing professional updates, guidance, and recommendations.

• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure accurate, timely billing and reporting for homeowners, associations, and vendors.

Start Date: 9/5/2025

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $75,000 to $85,000 DOE

Schedule: 40+ hours/week. Some weekends and holidays; ski/activity breaks welcome as business allows!
