Are you an excellent communicator who's highly organized and can multitask? Join our Vail Mountain Lodging Team at East West Hospitality! We are in search of a Property Manager to complement our team and would love to meet you!

In this role, you'll support the property management team with all matters relating to rental and homecare management along with different associations. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring utmost satisfaction and loyalty among HOA members, owners, and guests by fostering a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing 5 Home Owner Associations, managing 5+ rental units, and coordinating and assisting with light maintenance and coordinating housekeeping services for guests, owners, and associations. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth of our Vail Mountain Lodging division while effectively delegating tasks and coordinating with other divisions and external vendors.

LocationVail Mountain Lodging - Managed by East West Hospitality (office out of Vail, Colorado)

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekends as needed

Pay Rate$50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience

  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Able to work with minimal supervision; Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Microsoft Office required; IQWare knowledge helpful
  • Valid Driver’s License and vehicle required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic aptitude for light maintenance and problem solving
