One Riverfront, located adjacent to the Riverfront Lodge and Townhomes, has an immediate opening for a Property Manager. This could be the perfect fit for someone aspiring to become a General Manager or Director of Operations! This position offers the chance to build a well-rounded resume with experience in sales, marketing, leadership, revenue management, and team building-all while overseeing a stunning new community of 40 luxury condos and 13 townhomes on the Westin Riverfront campus in Avon. Responsibilities include:

• Foster a workplace culture of accountability, approachability, and strong leadership by hiring, mentoring, and coaching your team.
• Oversee daily operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring effective task delegation, seamless communication across departments, and timely completion of responsibilities.
• Manage HOA duties, including facilitating board meetings, preparing financial reports, and overseeing budgets while driving expense and revenue management.
• Participate in the Manager on Call program and oversee One Riverfront listings across EWH websites, OTAs, and travel agencies, while supporting the GM with FAMs and site tours as needed.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and guests by ensuring exceptional pre-arrival planning, seamless arrivals, and overall satisfaction, while upholding East West Hospitality’s core value of "doing the right thing."

Location: One Riverfront | Riverfront Village | Avon

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $70,000 to $75,000 DOE + annual bonus opportunity based on financial performance. $1,000 signing bonus paid half after 3 months and half after 6 months.

Schedule: Some weekends and holidays; ski/activity breaks welcome as business allows!

The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, with HOA management experience preferred. They should be able to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals, financial reports, and legal documents, and respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or the business community. Strong presentation skills are essential for conveying information to executives, ownership groups, and boards of directors. A valid driver’s license is required, and CMCA certification is preferred.
