Public Areas Attendant - Soaris Residences

Join the crew at Solaris Residences, as a Public Areas Attendant and help keep our property spotless and welcoming by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hallways, restrooms, elevators, and guest areas. Your attention to detail ensures every space leaves a lasting impression!

Duties Include:

• Clean and sanitize lobby furniture, floors, and public areas.
• Dust decorations.
• Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors regularly.
• Empty garbage bins and clean as needed.
• Check and restock restroom supplies.
• Clean public restrooms multiple times daily.
• Report any maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.

Location: Solaris Residences- Vail, CO

Start Date: 6/15/2025

Employment Type: FT/Seasonal 

Pay Rate: $22.88/hour

Schedule: Varies with AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility is both offered and required! Ability to work holidays required.

The ideal candidate has previous experience (preferred), takes pride in their work, and brings a friendly, approachable attitude. They have strong attention to detail, can stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout long shifts, prioritize urgent cleaning tasks, and are polite and helpful when interacting with guests and staff.
