Purchasing/Receiving Clerk - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa
The renowned Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a Food & Beverage Purchasing/Receiving Clerk to ensure all food, beverage, and non-food deliveries are properly received, inspected, documented, and stored in full compliance with food safety and procurement standards. You’ll support purchasing operations, manage inventory, and help keep our storerooms running efficiently. If you’re detail-driven, organized, and great at solving problems, we want to meet you!
Duties Include:
Receive, inspect, verify, and properly store all incoming products while maintaining strict food safety compliance.
Monitor inventory levels across storerooms and coolers; assist with routine inventories and cost/price checks.
Review invoices and requisitions for accuracy, and help resolve billing discrepancies or documentation issues.
Coordinate with vendors to address delivery problems, damaged goods, returns, or shipping errors.
Support the Director of Purchasing with timely ordering, cost-conscious purchasing, and smooth communication across departments.
