Our team in Denver got its start in 1999 as the sales team for Downtown Denver’s Riverfront Park, a neighborhood developed out of the ashes of an abandoned rail yard by our sister company, East West Partners. Together, we transformed Riverfront Park from a bare swath of dirt into a thriving and sophisticated urban community of more than 2,000 homes - and sold them all. In the years since our founding, we’ve grown into a full-service boutique real estate firm, serving neighborhoods all across the Denver metro area, from Wash Park to LoHi to Cherry Creek to Greenwood Village, and beyond.
About the Position:
This Denver Market President is expected to run operations in Denver for Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate. They report directly to the CEO and will work closely with our other Market Presidents in Summit County, Eagle County, and the Roaring Fork Valley. The role serves as the internal and external lead for the Denver team, incorporating team management, business development, recruiting and growth initiatives, and external engagement.
Our goal in Denver is to build a highly selective boutique firm of about 50 Brokers in select market areas, including Downtown,
Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills, and Boulder. In addition to leading these offices, this person is expected to create a network for lead generation between our mountain markets. We are looking for a Market President who is well respected in the Denver metro real estate brokerage community, has excellent leadership and communication skills, and is both a good recruiter and a good manager. They would not sell or compete with their sales team.
Total potential compensation - $200k - $250k / year (base salary + incentives)
