Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate is looking for a knowledgeable, supportive & collaborative Regional Office Marketing Coordinator Lead to join our Slifer House team in Avon, CO.

The Office Marketing Coordinator Lead will oversee and provide strategic leadership to the Broker Support Teams (OMCs) in the region ‘s office locations - Vail, Beaver Creek or Down Valley. They will understand and perform all tasks in the OMC job description at a high level, and have a solid understanding of the nature of broker requests. They will provide clear communication to support staff and brokers regarding day-to-day company policies and procedures; collaborates with corporate staff to ensure that Broker Support and office appearance is maintained at the highest level; and will support Branch Brokers in creating a collaborative culture within and between offices. They will maintain consistent and professional attendance, cooperative attitude in working with the external guests (clients) and internal guests (brokers/all SSF departments) of their team.

Key Responsibilities: 

OMC Support and Oversight:

  • Understands and performs all tasks in the OMC job description at a high level. Time spent on performance of OMC duties will vary based on changing needs of the offices/brokers, and OMC staffing/training levels. 
  • Maintains a solid understanding of the nature of broker requests, workload and skill sets of OMCs in the region’s office locations. Provides clear direction and expectations to OMCs, delegating and removing obstacles to get requests completed accurately and within desired timeframes.
  • Builds a strong local OMC Support team that utilizes each team members’ talents and cultivates an environment where people are motivated to do their best. Coaches OMCs to increase their level of understanding of SSF systems and tools and the level of service to brokers.
  • Available to be the OMC at front desk of any region office on an interim basis if a shift needs to be covered due to absence, job vacancy, vacations, illness, etc.
  • Be a "power-user" of all SSF office systems. 
  • Participate in the Broker Focus Hours program and hold regular 1:1 work sessions with local area brokers to work on listing presentations, marketing plans, farming, database, and other business generating activities.
  • Stay up to date on all marketing tools and programs. Work and train with Staff Development Manager as needed and provide insight into the training needs of staff and brokers.
  • Assist Eagle County Staff Manager with training of new employees in the region’s offices.

Office Management and Operations

  • Tour each region office weekly for cleanliness, ensure it is properly supplied and follow up on needed items or repairs. This should include the physical state of the office and the tech systems such as display TVs, conference equipment and computers. Coordinate with SSF Tech /Operations to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with Branch Brokers to plan office meetings, team events, client events, holiday office parties, and create floor duty schedule. The goal of these events is to build communication and collaboration between region’s brokers.
  • Coordinate group trainings for brokers on new marketing and technology tools with the guidance of the Branch Broker and Corporate Team.
  • Routinely monitor office appearance to ensure OMC’s are stocking appropriate sales tools and supplies in each office. Check the conference rooms to make sure they are neat & clean.
  • Monitor first impression tasks and provide OMC training where necessary: answering the phone, taking messages and routing calls in a professional manner. (Call-Ins)
  • Set example for OMC’s for greeting all visitors (coordinate with Branch Broker): general real estate and non-real estate related questions pertaining to the county; alerting the floor duty broker of the guest and hand out any information requested. (Walk-Ins)
  • Run month end reports including traffic reports, postage summary and check requests as needed.
  • Understand how to operate and maintain office machines, including front desk computer/computer software, color copier/scanner, postage machine, display TVs and Microsoft Teams equipment.
  • Work with SSF Operations Manager to understand and oversee office budgets for meetings, events and repairs & maintenance.

Training/Education

  • Attend staff meetings, office meetings, select Branch Broker meetings, and Company meetings relevant to the OMC Lead role.  Report relevant meeting minutes to Branch Brokers.
  • Attend required training courses and East West Learning and Development Programs related to SSF Leader Core Competencies.

Employment Type: Full time, year round; hourly pay 

Pay Rate: $27.00-$32.00/hour plus quarterly bonus potential

Schedule: 40 hours per week on a set schedule

  • Four-year college degree and/or suitable industry experience.
  • Proficiency in using a computer including typing, using email and web-based applications, Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point, social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to express thoughts and deliver feedback in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to be organized and know how to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities when under pressure.
  • Has a keen attention to detail and takes a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Professional approach needed to manage and lead the regional OMC teams. Exhibits the SSF Leader Core Competencies including:
