We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee our Reservations and Guest Experience team. This role is responsible for leading daily operations, driving performance, and creating a culture of accountability, service excellence, and innovation in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-functional team with clarity, vision, and accountability, fostering engagement and professional growth.
  • Set and uphold high standards across the team, using KPIs and regular feedback to drive excellence.
  • Champion a consistent, high-touch guest experience through effective oversight of service workflows and systems.
  • Anticipate seasonal staffing needs and develop scalable structures to ensure seamless peak-season delivery.
  • Act as a key liaison with Marketing, Guest Experience, and Resort Delivery to ensure operational alignment.
  • Optimize the use of technology platforms and SOPs to drive efficiency and quality across the department.
  • Support key partnerships and commission-based initiatives that contribute to guest offerings and revenue growth.
  • Build structured training pathways for full-time and seasonal agents that support skill development and service consistency.
  • Lead resolution efforts for complex guest or operational issues with professionalism and ownership.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and resource planning.

Location: Corporate office - Avon, CO 

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $80k-$90k per year DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm; irregular hours a possibility

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or like asset; OR six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four years combined experience as a supervisor or manager in a related position in hospitality.
