The purpose of the Resident Services Coordinator is to welcome residents and guests to NorthCreek. Teach residents how to navigate HOA technologies and instruct residents on community and HOA items. The Resident Services Coordinator will assist the General Manager in the daily onsite operations of the Association. This includes building community harmony and promoting the general welfare of the community. Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Association, including but not limited to announcing guests, escorting vendors to units and around the common areas, reservation management, managing vendor activity, delivering newspapers, accepting and delivering packages, and valet parking vehicles in accordance with each individual Unit’s protocols and requests, and all other duties as assigned
Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 10am - 6pm
$23.00 per hour
Answering telephone
Provide general building information
Direct calls to other departments
Packages
Log all income package
Mark package with unit number & date clearly & visibly
Place on shelf in package room under appropriate floor number
Record package in package log; date, name, carrier, phone number
Call all residents that received packages
Key Control
Verifying all keys released from Association’s key bank have been authorized by Owner / Resident
Ensure individuals that receive our keys are filling out the key log
Take ID of individual that is checking key out
Have individual sign out once they have returned keys
Place keys back in key bank promptly once returned
Scheduling Real Estate Showings
Have owner fill out Broker Key Release
Only allow scheduled showings that have faxed in authorization access to building and keys
Scheduling Moves
Fill out Move Check list
Have resident sign Moving Agreement
Ensure proper insurance is received from moving company
Previous experience as concierge/valet/doorperson in hotel, club, or exclusive class A residence required
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write correspondence emails. Ability to read and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively listen and comprehend homeowner, guest or vendor requests and concerns.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization in English.
Knowledge of Spanish a plus
