Senior Director of Operations

Ready to lead at a senior level and make a measurable impact? We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to step into a Senior Director of Operations role overseeing our Beaver Creek properties, which generate over $10 million in gross room revenue. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll manage a team of 7+ direct reports, provide oversight for 6 property associations (and growing), and drive operational, financial, and service excellence across the board. If you're passionate about leading large teams, managing complex operations, and influencing bottom-line performance, this is your opportunity to take the lead.

Duties Include:

• Oversight of 7 direct reports

• Support HOA management by understanding all aspects of the role and guiding your team accordingly

• Responsible for creating budgets and achieving gross room revenue (GRR) goals for the rental business

• Train and mentor current employees for growth and advancement

• Serve as a vocal and visible leader within the company

• Attend all Board meetings to support and represent your team

Location: Beaver Creek

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility for weekends and holidays based on business needs

Pay Rate: $135,000 - $155,000 DOE
