Server - Stag Lodge
Café 52 at Stag Lodge is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven Server / Host–Hostess to join our team for the winter season. In this dual role, you will help create warm and memorable dining experiences for our guests—whether you’re greeting them at the door or providing exceptional table service.

What You’ll Do
Host–Hostess Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and provide an elevated first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating charts to maximize guest flow.
- Communicate wait times and accommodate special seating requests when possible.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and reception area.
Server Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and knowledgeable table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain clean and organized service stations and dining areas.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Team & Service Support
- Work collaboratively with the Café 52 team to ensure smooth operations.
- Support fellow servers, hosts, and back-of-house staff as needed.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Guest Experience
- Deliver warm, professional service at every interaction.
- Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Contribute to the welcoming, elevated atmosphere that defines Stag Lodge.
Location: Cafe 52, located in Stag Lodge, Park City, UT
Employment Type: Full Time Seasonal or Part Time Seasonal
Pay Rate: $14/ hour plus tipping pool
Posting Closing Date: 1/15/2026 or until filled
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Prior serving or hosting experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or supplies throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems (training provided).
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods as required.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
