The Charter Steakhouse is an elevated mountain casual steakhouse located in Beaver Creek, Colorado. It celebrates the mountain environment and lifestyle with dishes and ingredients that are locally sourced and showcase the best of the region. We are looking for professional and experienced Servers for the winter and summer seasons. If you are guest service oriented, highly organized, and have a positive attitude, we would love to meet you!
Duties Include:
As a dedicated team member, you’ll start by ensuring every section is perfectly set and complete any necessary opening side work. You’ll take guest orders with professionalism and warmth, using suggestive selling techniques to elevate their dining experience. You’ll ensure each course is served at the right time and that every detail, from beverages to table settings, is flawless. Your keen attention to detail ensures that orders are accurately entered into the POS system and that dishes are perfectly prepared before they reach the table. Throughout the meal, you'll check in with guests, serve and replenish beverages, and handle transactions with precision-presenting checks with a smile and swiftly returning with change or receipts. You’ll also assist fellow team members, clear and reset tables, and complete daily side work, including filling condiments and handling closing duties. Maintaining a check average within department guidelines will be key after your training. Additionally, you’ll support banquet serving as needed, complete required training, and obtain TIPS certification within your first month. With opportunities for extra shifts in our expanding events and banquet department, your role promises both variety and growth.

Employment Status: Part Time Seasonal and Part Time On Call positions available
Pay Rate: $14.42 / hour + tips
Schedule: 3-10 pm with flexibility to begin at 4 pm if necessary.
Successful candidates will be those with strong guest service experience, a background in general serving or food and beverage services, and excellent organizational skills. We are seeking those who bring a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both with guests and co-workers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to stay organized, remain focused, and ensure that service areas are consistently stocked and clean. Computer literacy is also a key requirement, as you'll be navigating our systems with ease.
