We’re looking for a Server who doesn’t just deliver drinks-they command the floor, read the vibe, and turn every guest interaction into a highlight reel. High-volume service? That’s just the stage for your next unforgettable performance.

Your Role:
You’re the maestro of the moment, setting the scene for an epic guest experience. More than just taking orders, you’ll spark conversations, curate unforgettable sips and bites, and bring the buzz to life. With your keen eye for detail, impeccable timing, and natural charm, you’ll turn first-time visitors into lifelong regulars. 

Location: Lobby Bar, The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $14.42 / hour + tips

Employment Type: Part-Time Year-Round

Schedule: Shifts start at noon, 2pm, and 4pm

The perfect candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, and a solid knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, cocktails, and ingredients. With exceptional social skills and the ability to manage multiple guest needs at once, they’ll thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Their confidence and attention to detail will ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
