Service Express Runner
The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a customer service oriented Service Express Runner to join their team in Avon, CO. The Service Express Runner is a key part of the back-of-the-house guest service team. The Runner implements all guest requests and deliveries including but not limited to room deliveries, in room dining delivery, and special requests. Interacts regularly with the Service Express Agent, Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Engineering. Communicates with these departments in person and via a 2-way Nextel radio system. In your constant guest interaction, service express runners act as the ‘eyes and ears’ of the hotel and can identify opportunities for surprise and delight /service recovery perhaps more so than anybody else in the hotel. By performing your duties in a manner which is personal, instinctive and renewing, the runner can have a huge impact on the guest experience here at the Westin.

Schedule: 7am-3:30pm OR 2:30pm-11pm

Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous guest service experience, preferably in a luxury resort hospitality environment; High school diploma or equivalent; ability to walk/stand for up to 8 hours/day and lift up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidate will be a positive, professional, customer service oriented individual. Must be available days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
