The Ascent, managed by East West Hospitality, is seeking two seasonal Shuttle Drivers to keep the momentum—and the mountain magic—going all season long. If you take pride in smooth, safe transportation and enjoy sharing your love of the mountains, this is your chance to join a standout team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the Experience: Safely transport guests and owners while offering warm service and helpful local knowledge.
  • Gear Up: Assist with loading and unloading skis, luggage, and gear—always with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Keep It Rolling: Conduct daily safety checks, maintain cleanliness, and fuel the shuttle to ensure it’s ready for every run.
  • Be the Guide: Provide helpful information, lend a hand with light maintenance or snow clearing, and create a welcoming environment for every rider.
  • Stay Connected: Update the Driver App to keep communication flowing and ensure smooth coordination throughout your shift.

Work Location: The Ascent - Avon, CO

Job Start Date: November 24th, 2025

Employment Status: Full Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22 - $25/hour DOE + any tips received

Schedule: 4 Ten Hour Shifts Monday - Thursday and 3 Ten Hour Shifts Friday - Sunday

Posting Closing Date: 11/27/2025 or when filled

The ideal candidate is at least 21 years of age and a safe, insurable driver with a valid USA driver’s license who can pass a background check and meet HOA insurance requirements. Exceptional customer service skills are essential—someone who can easily engage with guests and owners to ensure a superior experience. This role requires a team player who can also work independently, with the physical ability to lift and carry snow equipment and luggage as needed. Clear communication in English (spoken, read, and written) is a must, along with the ability to use a driver’s app to manage pick-ups, drop-offs, and rider interactions. Current housing in Eagle County is strongly preferred.
