Shuttle Driver

Calling all winter road warriors! Frontgate | Avon is seeking an exceptional Ski Shuttle Driver to create unforgettable experiences for our guests traveling between Vail and Beaver Creek. This role goes beyond the wheel-you’ll be a key player in delivering mountain magic!

Your Mission:

• Masterfully navigate alpine routes with confidence and care.
• Prioritize passenger safety through expert winter driving techniques.
• Provide world-class customer service, turning every ride into a memorable experience.
• Keep shuttle vehicles in top condition and ensure accurate operational records.
• Adapt effortlessly to dynamic mountain road conditions.

The ideal candidate is more than a driver-you’re a hospitality expert on the move, blending local knowledge, winter road expertise, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. 

Work Location: Frontgate | Avon, CO

Job Start Date: Early November and early December

Employment Status: Part Time Seasonal                                          

Pay Rate: $20 - 22.00/hour; Seasonal bonus potential!

Schedule: 4 shifts per week

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record meeting our insurance carrier's requirements are essential for this role. Previous experience driving large vehicles or shuttles is preferred, and familiarity with navigating snowy or icy conditions is a strong plus. The position also requires physical fitness to lift ski gear and luggage while assisting passengers. Additionally, knowledge of local ski resorts, accommodations, and routes will set candidates apart.
