Spa Concierge

Spa Anjali at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality, is searching for a Spa Concierge who will be the heartbeat of our spa and boutique operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll deliver top-tier service to our guests while fostering a positive and uplifting workplace culture. Your responsibilities will touch every aspect of the guest experience, both directly and behind the scenes, ensuring the ultimate success of our spa boutique. Duties Include:

• Uphold Spa Excellence: Arrive on time, follow all policies and procedures, maintain cleanliness, manage spa opening/closing, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Retail and Merchandising:  Merchandise, label, and stock products, actively upsell to enhance guest experiences, ensure accurate POS transactions, and meet or exceed retail goals.
• Guest Service: Answer phones, inform guests about services, book appointments, assist with retail selection, and ensure guest satisfaction at check-out, addressing concerns as needed.
• Spa Operations Support: Monitor cleanliness of spa areas, assist in other spa departments, promptly report service issues, and maintain organized workspaces.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Communicate with spa management, complete daily checklists, stay informed about treatment products, and report on facility needs and employee updates.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Part Time Year Round and Full Time Year Round

Pay Rate: $20 / hour + retail commission

Schedule:  Must be able to work weekends and some holidays

We’re looking for dynamic candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, who bring more than just the basics-they should excel in interpersonal communication and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. Successful candidates will showcase top-notch organizational skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess the ability to think on their feet to solve problems quickly and efficiently. While retail experience is a plus, intermediate computer skills, proficiency in English (spoken and written), POS experience, and strong mathematical reasoning are must-haves to shine in this role.
