Join our Spa Anjali team, the renowned and luxurious spa offering both Spa & Salon services in the heart of the Vail Valley. We are looking for a Spa Front Desk Supervisor! Our Spa Front Desk Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overall guest satisfaction and ultimate success of the spa.

If you have strong communication skills and are passionate about guest service, we would love to meet you!

 

Duties Include:

  • Greet and welcome guests and owners
  • Assist in new associates training
  • Create and adjust front desk scheduling needs
  • Book appointments, check- in and check-out guests, describe and sell services and products to guests
  • Monitor spa guest areas
  • Distribute surveys to past guests
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Work Location: Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Job Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Schedule: 5 days a week; schedule may vary

 

Minimum Requirements

  • English fluency
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Guest service orientation
  • Computer proficiency and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Previous spa or hotel experience preferred
  • Must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and provide evidence of full vaccination status to East West
