Spa Operations Manager

Duties Include:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate the salon services and spa concierge teams while fostering a motivated and professional work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee seamless guest experiences, including reservations, check-ins, and issue resolution, while performing Manager-on-Duty tasks such as opening/closing and supporting staff during peak times, including holidays and weekends.
• Financial Oversight: Assist with creating and managing departmental budgets, analyze P&L reports, process payroll, and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
• Retail and Merchandise Management: Curate spa boutique offerings, coordinate sales promotions, ensure accurate inventory tracking, and drive retail performance.
• Special Events and Policy Support: Collaborate with the Spa Director on weddings and group events, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and contribute to departmental policy development and goal-setting.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule:  5 days per week in person, one weekend day as part of regular shift. Some holidays.

Pay Range: $70,000

The ideal candidate will bring a creative flair for retail, demonstrating a keen eye for curating and merchandising products that align with wellness principles. They will possess empathetic leadership skills, fostering a positive and motivating environment for their team. A passion for wellness, particularly within the spa environment, is essential to connect with both the staff and the guests on a meaningful level. A four-year degree is preferred, or equivalent management experience in a wellness and/or spa environment, showcasing a proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire teams while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
