Staff Accountant - Accounts Receivable

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Accounts Receivable team for EWH managed properties/associations. This position will support other staff members who contribute to the financial process. If you are detail oriented and a critical thinker, we would love to meet you!
Duties include:
- Receive Accounts receivable invoices for multi-entity transactions.
- Ensure all Accounts receivable invoices are properly authorized by department heads or Property Managers.
- Review all Accounts receivable invoices for coding accuracy.
- Setup and maintain vendor information, ensure proper documentation is ascertained for 1099 reporting and generate 1099 forms.
- Independently research and resolve issues relating to payments.
- Review vendor statements and check for missing invoices which are more than 30 days past due, ensure all accounts are kept current and develop relationships with vendors to effectively address necessary inquiries.
- Process accounts receivable including review of data entry for proper coding, payee information, invoice number, date, and amount, in multiple different account systems.
- Verify that invoices have not been previously recorded or paid.

- Generate and distribute payments to payees.
- Assist with all other special tasks and projects as directed by management.
Location: Hospitality House - Seasons Building, Avon CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $26-29/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- College degree or equivalent and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with computerized accounting operations.
- Requires knowledge of computer systems including Solomon, Kronos, FRS, RCC, RDP, IQ Ware, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Good accounting and organizational skills.
