Store Operations Supervisor - Edwards Station

Duties Include:

Duties for this role include serving as a safe, service-oriented retail supervisor and acting as the "quarterback" of a small daily team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining punctuality, cleanliness, and accountability while leading by example as a self-starter. Additional responsibilities include overseeing cleaning, stocking, and managing the flow of daily retail and customer transactions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Location: Edwards Station, Managed by East West Hospitality - Edwards, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25/ hour (DOE) plus annual bonus potential

Schedule: Shifts are mostly 2pm - 10pm and will include a Friday, Saturday or Sunday

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least one year of supervisory experience, strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. They should be resilient, open to feedback, and capable of providing clear, professional direction and feedback to front-line staff. A solid understanding of established standard operating procedures (SOPs) is essential, along with basic retail math and accounting skills, including percentages, margins, and discounts.
