What You’ll Do:

As the driving force behind daily operations, you will:

• Lead by example-showing up with punctuality, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
• Oversee store operations, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional service.
• Maintain impeccable store organization, cleanliness, and fully stocked shelves.

Location: Edwards Station, Managed by East West Hospitality - Edwards, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25/ hour (DOE) plus annual bonus potential; Hiring bonus to be paid out half after 30 days and half after 90 days from hire.

Schedule: Shifts are mostly 2pm - 10pm and will include a Friday, Saturday or Sunday

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least one year of supervisory experience, strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. They should be resilient, open to feedback, and capable of providing clear, professional direction and feedback to front-line staff. A solid understanding of established standard operating procedures (SOPs) is essential, along with basic retail math and accounting skills, including percentages, margins, and discounts.
