Job Description
Looking to spend your summer in the heart of the Rockies, gaining real-world experience in luxury real estate marketing and company operations? Join Slifer Smith & Frampton as our Summer Marketing & Operations Intern-a unique hybrid role where you’ll collaborate with our in-house marketing team and provide hands-on support to our executive and operations teams.
You’ll gain valuable exposure to digital marketing, event planning, internal communications, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a fast-paced real estate company moving. This role is perfect for students who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Create social media content, engage with local partners, and contribute to the summer editorial calendar.
- Assist with organizing digital assets (photos, video, blogs) across platforms like YouTube.
- Draft copy for blogs, emails, and print materials in coordination with the marketing team.
- Support setup and logistics for branded summer events, community activations, and concerts.
- Learn the basics of brand messaging, campaign coordination, and broker marketing support.
- Yext platform updates and reporting
- Google Analytics reporting
- Attend open houses with marketing and BSC teams, connect with brokers hosting the open houses.
- Marketing newsletter content creation, and proofreading.
Operations Support
- Help with day-of coordination for meetings, office functions, and off-site events.
- Run errands, manage supply pickups/drop-offs, and support office readiness for key gatherings.
- Be a flexible, go-to team member for special projects and quick-turn tasks across departments.
Professional Conduct
- Uphold SSF’s standards for punctuality, professionalism, and company culture.
- Participate in occasional team volunteer days and internal initiatives.
- Maintain a can-do attitude and cooperative approach with brokers, staff, and community partners.
Location: Various Summit County SSF offices
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Seasonal
Pay Rate: $22 / hr
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, real estate, communications, business, or a related field.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to jump in, try new things, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms and design tools is a plus.
- Interest in real estate, mountain communities, or event planning is a bonus.
