Summer Marketing & Operations Intern

Looking to spend your summer in the heart of the Rockies, gaining real-world experience in both luxury real estate marketing and front-line office operations? Join Slifer Smith & Frampton as our Summer Marketing & Operations Intern-a hybrid role that blends marketing creativity with Broker Services Coordinator (BSC) support.

In this unique position, you'll collaborate with our in-house marketing team while also gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations that support our real estate brokers and clients. This role is perfect for students who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to contribute across multiple areas of a fast-paced, community-driven real estate company.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support:

• Create social media content and contribute to the summer editorial calendar.
• Assist with organizing and managing digital assets (photos, video, blog content) across platforms.
• Support event setup, logistics, and community activations such as festivals and branded events.
• Learn the basics of campaign coordination, brand messaging, and agent marketing support

Broker Services Coordinator (BSC) & Operations Support

• Provide front desk and administrative coverage as needed at various SSF Summit County offices.
• Assist with open house & attend open houses with BSC and marketing teams.
• Help coordinate day-of logistics for meetings, team functions, and office events.
• Act as a flexible team member to jump in where needed across departments.

 Professional Conduct:

• Uphold SSF’s standards for professionalism, punctuality, and client service.
• Maintain a can-do attitude and cooperative approach with brokers, colleagues, and community partners.
• Participate in internal initiatives and volunteer days as available.

Location: Various Summit County SSF offices- Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22 / hr

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, real estate, business, or a related field.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to take initiative, learn on the go, and work both independently and with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools and social media platforms is a plus.
• Interest in luxury real estate, marketing, mountain communities, or event planning is a bonus.
