We are looking for a customer service oriented Technical Support Analyst. If you are resourceful and have a desire to learn technology, we would love to me you!

Duties Include:

  • Answering help desk calls and responding to tickets
  • Documenting notes on tickets for work completed and time
  • Fixing software and hardware related computer problems, server and system problems, printers, phones, etc.
  • Routing tickets to the correct team

Location: EWH Corporate IT - on location at Viceroy and Snowmass Base Village - Snowmass, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $23 - $25/ hour

Schedule: Friday-Tuesday during summer and ski season

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
  • Must be resourceful
  • Able to sit at desk for hours at a time
  • Understanding of hotel IT systems a plus
  • Understanding of IT Networking a plus
  • Other computer related experience a plus
