Description

East West is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their dynamic Support Services team in Avon, CO. As the Technical Support Specialist you will lead computer, network, server, and printer troubleshooting efforts as well as create, investigate, and close technical support tickets.  Many daily tasks include answering IT support phone calls and email tickets that come in, remote support when possible but some drive time may be required to be onsite at our many offices covering mostly Eagle County Colorado, but can include offices in Hawaii, Tahoe, Aspen, Summit County Colorado, Denver, Charleston, and others.  Some ticket routing required, but most problems will be driven to completion by this technician with minimal support and direction from next tier technicians. 

Location: Avon, CO.

Start date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, some weekend work may be required at times.

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses outstanding customer service, technical aptitude, and a desire to "own" customer incidents and requests to resolution. Excellent Customer Service Skills required, excellent troubleshooting skills, especially covering mostly Windows but some Mac, Android, and iOS mobile devices, MS Office, Networks, WiFi, Printers, cloud services, etc.  Strong verbal and written communication skills a plus.  Hospitality/Resort Software Experience a plus but not required.  Be able to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.
