Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO. If you have previous experience in transaction coordination, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Support

  • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from listing to close
  • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all listing contracts, inventories, MLS input, escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loan
  • Ensure the buyers’ offers get accepted by the seller, that any counterproposals are accepted by the buyer, that all agreements to amend/extend are properly executed and incorporated into the CTM calendar, and otherwise ensure a smooth real estate sales process
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and notify brokers when signatures are missing
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the closing department for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity

MLS & E-Contract Support

  • Input and update listings in Multiple Listing Service (ReColorado/Matrix) as needed
  • Utilize CTM eContracts to create, organize and maintain all transaction documents and files.

Additional support

  • Ensure full confidentiality on all duties performed

General Company Administration

  • Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance as per the Company Handbook.  Adhere to relevant health and safety procedures
  • Attend all required trainings and meetings and take a proactive approach to learning through East West University and The Slifer University training opportunities
  • Maintain a cooperative attitude in working with the external guests (clients), internal guests (brokers), supervisors and homeowners.

Location: Slifer Smith & Frampton - Denver, CO

Start Date: Negotiable

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25 / hour, plus monthly bonus for each closed transaction

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Current real estate license (may be currently inactive, to be activated upon hire and maintained including all CE requirements)
  • Proficient with Colorado real estate contracts and required disclosures
  • Previous experience in transaction coordination or transaction management, minimum one year
  • Previous experience in a real estate brokerage office, real estate board office, or other real estate-related environment
  • Highly skilled in CTM eContracts including document creation and transaction management in CTM
  • Highly skilled in Denver MLS/Matrix including listing input, property search functions, and MLS Rules and Regulations
  • Must have a working knowledge of the Realtor Code of Ethics including Clear Cooperation requirements
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Experience managing multi-step projects from conception through execution
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize projects and take on additional tasks, as necessary
  • Proficiency in using internet/email, typing, Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
  • Must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and provide evidence of full vaccination status to SSF.
