Slifer Smith & Frampton is seeking an experienced Web Lead Specialist to join our eBusiness team. The ideal candidate preferably has current experience with the systems and tools listed below or is a quick learner. This person will be working with potential buyer and seller prospects as initial inquiries come through all lead/referral generation efforts. They will also be working directly with the SSF brokers participating in the eBusiness Program by assigning leads and maintaining consistent follow-up as well as continuing to cultivate unassigned leads through structured programs and systems.

Systems & Tools:

  1. SSF Base Camp system
    • CRM - Customer Relationship Manager
    • Lifecycle - Lead Management System
  2. MLS system
    • Navigate MLS in both counties to obtain property information for lead response
  3. Referral Management
    • Assist with incoming and outgoing LRE referrals through RELOXchange as well as non-member referrals
  4. Marketing Campaigns
    • Assist in developing and management of all marketing campaigns
    • Manage email newsletter requests for Eagle & Summit County

Location: Slifer Smith and Frampton -  Eagle & Summit Counties

Start date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: 3 days per week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Pay: DOE

Minimum Requirements

  • Active Real Estate License and E&O insurance
  • Ability to attend all required CE classes to maintain license, and other trainings and conferences as necessary
  • Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organization and high-level of attention to detail with ability to multitask
  • Upbeat, positive disposition
  • Proficient with communication technology (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Flexible schedule, including long days, nights, holidays and weekends
  • Extensive knowledge of SSF and ability to speak to the benefits of a mutual relationship between SSF and client
